Shipping Policy –At GG’s Roots & Remedies, every product is handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Because of this, some items may be sensitive to heat during shipping—especially during warmer months.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, holidays, or location.

Warm Weather & Melting.

Disclaimer: Many of our products are made with natural oils, butters, beeswax, and other heat-sensitive ingredients. During hot weather, products such as salves, balms, lotions, body butters, and tallow-based items may soften or melt while in transit. This does not affect the quality, safety, or effectiveness of the product.

What To Do If Your Product Melts. 

If your product arrives melted or softened:

Carefully open the package and inspect the container.

Place the product upright in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes, or until firm.

Allow the product to return to room temperature before use.

Please note:

Melting may change the texture or appearance of the product.

Graininess, separation, or slight texture changes are normal with natural products exposed to temperature fluctuations.

The product will still work as intended.

Shipping During Extreme Heat.  We recommend:

Bringing packages indoors as soon as possible after delivery.

Avoiding leaving products in mailboxes, porches, or vehicles for extended periods.

Considering expedited shipping during extremely hot weather.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages: 

GG’s Roots & Remedies is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents so we can help make it right.
